Infant Baptism
(For children from new born through the age of six years old)
* To schedule a Baptism, please: - Download the Baptism Application (see Forms below in 3 languages)
-1) Fill it out completely
-2) Turn it in to Our Parish Office with . a) Baby's Birth Certificate and . b) Sponsor's requirements:
... If married, we need the Marriage Certificate from the catholic church
... If single, we need the Confirmation Certificate (last sacrament) from the catholic church
-3) Then contact Our Parish Office (714-775-7733) for: . a) [Baptism Schedule] and . b) [Baptism Class information].
* Celebrated in: January, March, May, July, September, and November on Sundays at 2:30PM.
* Note: We strongly urge parents to contact the Parish Office
for information during pregnancy or before planning
the Baptism. An infant's Baptism requires a
commitment of accepting certain religious and
spiritual responsibilities for the child by both
parents and godparent(s). The role of the parish
staff is to help assist you in making these commitments.
