Infant Baptism
(For children from new born through the age of six years old)
* To schedule a Baptism, please: - Download the Baptism Application (see below in 3 languages links)
- Fill it out completely
- Turn it in to the Parish Office with Baby's certificate and Sponsor's requirements
- Then contact the Parish Office for a Baptism Schedule.

commitment of accepting certain religious and
spiritual responsibilities for the child by both
parents and godparent(s). The role of the parish
